A Giant Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie

Ending July with a favorite recipe: a Giant Chocolate Chip Skillet Cookie made in a new Caraway pan. The pan is nonstick, oven safe up to 550 degrees, nontoxic, and has a cute design.
1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. In a medium bowl, mix dark brown sugar, granulated sugar, butter, and salt until smooth. Add egg and vanilla and mix for 1-2 minutes. Add flour and baking soda and mix. Mix in chocolate.
3. Spread batter in your Caraway skillet. (It will be thin)
4. Bake for 20-22 mins. Let cool before topping with ice cream and serving. Enjoy!
